Ensuring all Service Desk Tickets and Phone Calls are Logged Accurately, Prioritized and Responded to in an Efficient and Timely Manner. Also, Make Sure My Team has a Responsible Attitude Towards British Standard ISO27001 as Well as Having an Understanding of ITIL. Making Sure That There is a Creation of Accurate Documentation. To Keep My Team Motivated, I Act as Their Mentor and Teach Them New Skills for Their Own and Business Progression.
Act as a Point of Escalation and Ensure That We Maintain High Levels of Incident Ownership Throughout the Incident Lifecycle. Review Feedback Mechanisms to Drive Continual Service Improvement and Verify the Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness of Responses and Actions Taken by My Team.
Perform Daily and Routine Tasks With No Supervision Whilst Ensuring that all Servers are Operational at Peak Performance at all Times
Ensure that User Accounts are Kept Up-to-Date and that Former Accounts are Disabled or Deleted Quickly.
Responsible for Obtaining and Applying Security Fixes Relevant to all Systems and Verifying the Validity of Backups of all Servers.
Exercise Judgment in Prioritizing problems and Escalating Them to External Support When Necessary Whilst Working Closely With Management and Other IT Staff Members to Coordinate Related Problem and Incident Resolutions.
